Artist Notes 3/6/2017: Can’t believe we’re almost 60 pages in. O.O With that page we’ll come to an end with what I’d originally envisioned the introduction to be. Crazy how things things grow! But I’ve learned so much about comic scripting during this process and how things translate from written to visual. Actually this week I was once again listening to Pat Rothfuss’s and Max Tempkin’s Unattended Consequences (I had a lot of episodes to catch up on u.u’) and Rothfuss was talking about how sometimes the hardest thing about a piece of writing isn’t what you’d expect, it’s just figuring how to get a character through a door. The idea of helping the reader understand transition between space and to notice small actions can be just as difficult in comics.

ANYWAY rambling aside: I’m going to announce the winner of this past month’s Facebook contest tomorrow, on our Facebook page (since I wanted the chance to include anyone that might roll in and like the page today!)
