Artist Notes 4/24/2017:The goal for this Kickstarter is be able to provide a different reading experience for you guys! Like I  very longwindedly said last week, it’s very important to me that the comic always be available here for free, but I think there’s a deep and intrinsic value to being able to hold a physical book and own a piece of a story that you enjoy, so that’s why we’re going forward with this!

It’s going to be a small print run, and I really wanted to put together something special for you guys, so let me go over some nuts and bolts about it for you:

• The book itself will be a trade paperback 9.21″ x 6.14″

• It features a lovely cover by my dear friend Esther Coonfield!

• The book will feature the first 82 pages of the comic

• There will be an appendix in the book with around 20 pages of concept art and write-ups about world lore!

• Other perks you can get through Kickstarter are character sticker packs (as seen at GMCE), packs of 1″ buttons, and a Kickstarter exclusive print (image TBD)

Stretch goals include the option to order a variant cover by our other great illustrator and friend, Logan Pike, and our top stretch goal is upgrading everyone’s book to hardcover!
